Yorkshire Puddings!

There are a lot of yorkshire pudding recipes out there but this is my version for a crisp buttery and light yorkshire pudding! Enjoy with all the trimmings or on their own (I won't tell!)

Ingredients:
2 Cups flour
2 level tsp of baking powder
2 tablespoons of ground flax
A Pinch of salt
2/3 Cup or Enough milk to make a smooth runnyish batter.

Mix everything in a bowl until there are no lumps and it is a loose batter consistency  Pop your yorkshire tin in the oven at 190-200c with a dollop of margarine or olive oil in each yorkshire cup until boiling hot. Remove from the oven (carefully) and immediately pour in the batter evenly into each yorkshire cup in the tray. Pop back in the oven for 10-15 mins until golden brown.
Enjoy!
